  16.      _h_a__e_x_e_c_2 executes the _c_o_m_m_a_n_d and waits for its completion.  If the
  17.      command does not complete within _t_i_m_e_o_u_t seconds, the command is killed
  18.      and retried.  The command is retried _r_e_t_r_y-_c_o_u_n_t times.

  20.      _h_a__e_x_e_c_2 waits for _w_a_i_t_p_e_r_i_o_d seconds after a failure or a command
  21.      timeout before retrying the command.  If the ----pppp option is not specified,
  22.      _w_a_i_t_p_e_r_i_o_d is assumed to be 0 seconds and the command is retried
  23.      immediately after a failure.

  25.      _h_a__e_x_e_c_2 is also used to send signals to a set of processes.  The ----ssss
  26.      option specifies the signal to be sent to the set of processes.  The
  27.      signal is sent to all processes whose command name or its arguments
  28.      contain the _s_t_r_i_n_g specified by the ----tttt option.

  30.      _h_a__e_x_e_c_2 is used by the high-availability software.  It is normally
  31.      invoked from the local application monitor scripts.
